Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances and beauty products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
